Shooting Star
Did I mention that I saw a shooting star?
Yes, I did! Yes, I did!! It was the most exciting thing ever!
Well, some sort of a shooting star … it was actually a meteor streaking across the sky. Meh, same thing. It took me a few minutes to register that shooting stars don’t flash green streaks and burst orange. Still, I’ll just count it as my lucky star. And I did make a wish. So hopefully it does come true.
